Beller's talent on bass is prodigious, to say the least, but View is an even more telling document of his diversity as a writer.
Switching from weird fusion ("Seven Percent Grade") to straight-up rock ("Get Things Done") with dexterity, the erstwhile bassist for Dweezil Zappa's Z has clearly found his own niche. An auspicious solo debut.
